You are buying i-TRAK from ilutra systems Ltd (registered in England number 03933888).

Payment

You will make payment through WorldPay's secure payment system - we will not store details of your credit card. Payments will show on your statement as being to Dalmor Tech Ltd (registered in England number 07520336) our site operator.

Goods

The goods you are buying are described below. English law will govern the contract of sale and the provision of the i-TRAK service, though if you are a consumer living outside England and Wales then any mandatory rights under your domestic law for the sale of consumer goods are unaffected.

The whole price per unit, including all taxes, postage and packaging, is shown on the "Shop" page.

We will usually despatch goods with 24 hours of your placing an order though reserve the right to despatch at a later date. In any event this will be within 30 days of you placing your order.

Because i-TRAK is a unique product we will not send substitutes but reserve the right to ship part orders in the event of temporary shortage of stock.

Once you have paid for the goods you have a right to the use of the i-TRAK system for 12 months. It may be renewed thereafter, at further cost.

Cancellation/Refund - your rights

You have the right to cancel your contract within 7 days of receipt of the goods. To exercise this right you must send the goods back to us (you must pay the return postage and packing). Your original credit card payment will be refunded, though we will not refund the costs of returning the goods unless they are faulty. You should e-mail us or write to us at the same time. Please keep a copy of proof of despatch. It would assist us if you could provide us with details of your reasons for cancelling.
